Elizabeth Rainey, aka "Rainey"

"I believe the body is wise. I want to help people access their own wisdom and find ease. I know the body can come back into harmony given space, time and tenderness. I believe the world needs us to be as healthy, whole and present as we can be. I am passionate about creating and holding a sacred space for people to deepen into and recover their sense of agency in the world and engagement with the world’s aliveness. I believe we can live more vibrant and present lives by tending to our deepest wisdom. I know we all need more space in our lives; we are not machines. I am committed to with-nessing ourselves awake.

I maintain a somatic therapy practice based in Bend, OR in which I combine different modalities to support folks in reclaiming their resiliency. I hold the following certifications…SEP, Continuum Inquiry Teacher, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, Grief Tender."
